flat Legerského

The flat is located on the raised ground floor of a four-storey brick residential building on Legerského Street in Bratislava. New spatial layout responds to the clients’ requirements while respecting the fundamental constraints of the original spatial configuration. Original transitional layout has been preserved and further developed through enhanced visual connections between individual rooms as well as between interior and exterior. Each sightline offers the user only a partial perception of the space, naturally encouraging exploration and a more comprehensive understanding of the environment.

Concept is based on a flexible, continuous spatial arrangement defined by current needs rather than strictly separated rooms with fixed functions. Composition of furniture within the interior creates a dynamic representation of everyday life in the apartment and its relationship to its surroundings.
